How do I get paid?
Supertab meters, prices, and settles access under your defined terms and remits payment to you monthly.
What counts as a bot classification?
A bot classification is any agent, crawler, or AI system request that Supertab Connect identifies and sorts into a category, such as AI Training, AI Search or Scraper.
What happens if I go over my thresholds?
If you exceed the Starter plan thresholds for the month, in either Active Licensees or Bot Classifications, you will automatically be upgraded to Pro the following month. For the Pro plan, Active Licensees are capped at three, and Bot Classifications are charged at an overage rate of $0.01/1k overage.
Do I need engineering support?
For most publishers, no: Supertab Connect runs at your existing CDN edge (Fastly, Cloudflare, CloudFront) or through a WordPress plugin, live within hours. (edited)
